  • well at least the driver in the white car doesnt have to worry about calling the cops to report an accedent!

  • it was J.B. Hunts fault

  • what cause this accident? road doesn't look curvy or anything...

  • could be struck by the following truck, just guessing, because seems the trooper heard some noise before the car hit .

  • An idiot driver caused this accident. Its a law it almost every state that your supposed to either move over or slow down when you see any emergency vehicle displaying its LED lights. This driver obviously did neither, and lost control of his/her vehicle.

  • Was anyone badly injured? I hope not. I can't tell from the video if the Trooper was struck or not, but it looks as if he can't get up afterward.

  • I'm guessing this crash was caused by a nosey tw**?

  • from about 0.53 seconds u can see too cars a blue one first and then immedietly an white van pulling over too the side probaly to help

i think for drivers its hard to see what really happend and they probaly did not see the officer laying on the ground as for some..

btw where is the other offcirer?

  • It looks like the other officer was in the patrol car that got struck.

  • i want to be a state trooper :-)

  • very bad the video, the cop tuvo lucky...the miracle :S...alcanzo a salvarse...saludos...

  • god what's wrong with these people. They don't even stop to help that officer.

  • Please read my other replys & commements. Several stopped and helped as I'm sure you would too. Thnx for your comment & be safe!

  • @seanpersi Wonder if they see the intact car (the one that's filming) and think the situation is already being handled?

  • It's really amazing that so many people drove right past it with the cop on the ground and all, and they just kept on going! What is wrong with people today? So sad! In the USA even! I for one always stop to help and have been first on the scene many times during my travels. People really do appreciate it. I just think, what if it was my family in that wreck. Would somebody stop to help them?

  • I wish people would pay more attention on the roads and be more alert to the emergecy lights and vehicles that are on the side of the road. Number one killer of police officers is traffic accidents.

  • The trooper i dont think got hit by anything, what happened was he jumped back and hit the guard rail which caused him to slam forward. I love how the motorist stopped to help other than just drive by...

  • You are so right!! From someone who knows from experience, ANYONE who has been horizontal looking up at the sky after one of these incidents, there is no more welcome sight than a good samaritan who is willing to take a few moments from their busy day to aid their fellow man.

  • Amen

  • i think the trooper did get hit by something...the rear bumper of the police car hit him and knocked him down...atleast thats what it looks like

  • omg... i hope he made it through; can't stand to see law enforcement hurt

  • so what happend to the trooper in the police car?

  • wow, did the trooper you see get injured at all? Lucky guy.

  • I'm sure he did but have never found out how seriously.

  • actually it looks like a piece of sheetmetal from the right front fender well and tire from the white mini van hits him in the legs. so i take it he got hit by the tire and got devestated by the piece of sheetmetal

  • You could very well be right. Thanks for your comment and be safe. PDB

  • don't you love that not ONE trucker or motorist stops

goes to show you---everyone hates cops!

  • Everyone?? The impact is at 26 seconds ~~ at 31 sec. a JB Hunt semi slows to the shoulder ~~ at 45 sec. a dark car pulls over ~~ at 54 sec. a dark station wagon and white minivan actually cross the median to assist. Ergo: within 28 seconds, no less than four drivers risk their life & safety by stopping and within 41 seconds after impact, the first good samaritan is there. Not bad reaction time by any standard, don't you agree?

  • That looked nasty - But how did that Trooper get injured? was it from the other Trooper's car hitting him, or did the white car slam into him? Either way, this guy is a hero, and all other troopers, whether they want to hear it or not.

  • I've watched several times and it looks like the right rear bumper on the Trooper's car actually ripped almost off and caught his leg. I heard they all made it out alive and you can see more heros on my DrugWarriorKids Brazzco/Protect and Serve websites.

  • Thanks, brazzco. Good to hear that he made it hopefully with no permanent injuries.

  • WOW!! I may be mistaken..If you hold your mouse pointer just to the left of the scroll button and keep clicking to recall the point of impact, you can see the Trp's hat go under the guard rail in the corner of the screen. What may be the left front tire off of the white car goes under the rail just behind the small logo and that might be what hit him. Come on.. somebody help me here. What do you think?

  • Hi Trent, Thank you so much for your comment and I agree with you totally but could you please resubmit it without the F--- so it's okay for my granddaughters and other folk's little ones? Have a safe week and Merry Christmas. Brazzco

  • Oh dear.

  • I thought I remember hearing somewhere that said that everyone turned out to be fine.

  • I hope he wasn't hurt too badly.
