nice work on the underwater scene.. the start could have been shorter, the camera less jerky and the transition from the surface much slicker..

but what really needs improvement is the ending.. everything was going good just to end it with a flare and a pretty lifeless logo

Essentially all elements where done in MAX, AE was primarily used for composition and adding additional effects such as slight underwater distortion, glows and colour correction. I rendered the scene in several individual passes, i.e. water surface, ground layer, fish, bubbles & plankton etc.
