The US has conditions set on 16 y/o being the age of consent. Mexico is another story. In Mexico City, the age of consent is TWELVE. In Nayarit & Qurertaro, there is no defined age but rather it's set by when a girl hits puberty, which could be as young as EIGHT or NINE!
