@masterelevatordriver - these are definitely not hydraulic elevators - you can clearly see the elevator cables above the other 3 elevators. Anyhow - a 37-floor hydraulic elevator is an impossibility - how could you design a piston which goes nearly 400 feet underground?! This is definitely a cable elevator - an annoyingly slow cable elevator.
