  • Sinatra would be in the studio during the day, stopwatch in hand to time every note to precision, exacting every last ounce of perfection from himself and the best big band on earth. Then, at night, he would come on the Dean Martin show and sing with the Ding-a-Lings.

  • stupid...very stupid and not at all beautiful music.

  • Two great things about this video, 1. The first time I have heard Dean sing You Make Me Feel So Young, and 2. That one girl's butt! (maybe not in that order either lol). Don't know why, but this sort of reminds me of the 60's Batman...no idea why.

  • Is this The Dean Martin Variety Show or SCTV?

  • wtf is this thing Frank?

  • The girls from left to right are Wanda bailey, Michelle Della Fave, Tara Leigh, Susan Lund. This is the original group.

  • wtf

  • this video is a testament to the fact that most white girls have small asses.

  • @MrJvolker49

The one girl has an ass and a half

  • Back when only people who could actually sing did so professionally.

  • The man talking at the beginning of this segment is Greg Garrison, Dean's producer/director (he passed away a few years ago). Frank appeared occasionally as Dean's guest over the years....the "Ding-A-Ling Sisters" were actually four members of Dean's "Golddiggers" dance troupe who formed their own "unit" in 1969.

  • These are my guys...but this is bad, tired, and ridiculous......you get the feeling that they know it.

  • @berezotko True. But you know the old saying about not arguing with success.

  • I have many of these DVD's, and they're all absolutely incredible. Watching these makes me wish I could've lived through this era. I'll always be a fan of the crooners of old. They set a standard that will never be met by anyone else.

  • This sucks!

  • Ah those were the days, truely the golden age of TV.

What do we have now, Ellen?

  • @Boris777Z Don't despair, my friend. Remember, WE, who long fr those better days, are the majority. The best is yet to come. DON'T doubt it.

  • @talochIV Hahaha correct the best is yet to come like one of my favorite frank sinatra songs
