  • RIP Michael Kamen and former James Bond composer John Barry.

  • Michael Kamen is very recognizable. Even before I Googled it I could tell he did the music for 'Die Hard' and 'Lethal 'Weapon'. I picked it up my second time watching 'Road House' that it was the same guy too. Classic 80's.

  • Well i guess it's... a fair well to arm's.

  • 6;45 james bond theme......

  • R.I.P Michael Kamen this is the SERIOUS bond..

  • 2:22 good variation of the James Bond Theme

  • 2:11 what you came here for.

  • @Angryification thanks

  • Thanks for posting this. My favorite movie.

  • Whenever I hear Kamen I hear Lethal Weapon. Did not go well for 007 IMO. But I like his work in other movies.

  • Not the best but so much better than DA'S CR and QOF. RIP MK - damn you were good!

  • 3:11 to 5:30 sounds so much like Die Hard 2

  • License to Kill was before Die Hard 2.

  • @Riddler95

yes. "die hard 2" was released one year later. but a big part of the score still feels sometimes like a "die hard" movie. that's not necessarily a bad thing...

  • @Riddler95 Die Hard 2, the video game, is old but a classic!

  • @INDY223 Die Hard 2 sounds so much like this

  • @scovronski12 the first Die Hard too

  • Michael Kamen's DIE HARD action scoring meets John Barry's Bond scoring style. One of the best Bond scores!

  • @INDY223 Totally!

  • A good movie, but I wish the theme of revenge and murder was carried throughout the film; for example, Bond could've delivered Sanchez to the DEA in one piece, but he murdered him in cold blood instead.

  • @xtremespeed128 Sanchez could have escaped again with all the millions he can give to potential accomplices, this time he had to pay for what he did to Bond's closest friends (Della especially). He had no choice anyway, Sanchez was on the verge to kill him with a machete.

  • @deusirae76 "He had no choice anyway ..." That's what I mean: I would've preferred if Bond had a choice, but decided out of his vendetta to kill Sanchez anyway.

  • @xtremespeed128 Sorry, I missed the point ..

  • My absolute favorite rendition of the Bond theme!

  • I agree 100% this is a great additon of the Bond theme.

My fav part is 6:40 easily the most dramatic sound ever. Just wish the theme was a peerie bit longer.

  • Definitely the most tense Bond score. I wish more Bond movies had scores like this...not to disrespect David Arnold, as I like his interpretation, too, but I think his is a bit too conventional.

  • @vfxfan John Williams, or Danny Elfman need to score the next bond movie...

  • @vfxfan This was my favourite soundtrack piece until the extended version of Live and Let Die came out and so I would give that honour now to the last piece on that album which I think was called Underground Lair.

  • Best part is 2:06 to 3:13 for sure, classic Bond theme revamped!

  • @lukenpaul Sure he did Die Hard aswell.

  • @lukenpaul The best Bond revamp ever.

  • The best song off the soundtrack!
