Great product, thanks for bringing it to us. I use it for wing buds on my buzzers. Agree with lepomis on the upside down minnow comment. How do you make it ride upright??
Beautiful. Only one thing to change: He's using a down-eye hook, and he ties the DAZL eyes on the top of the hook shank. This means the fly will fish 'hook up'. In other words, it will swim upside down on its back. He should tie this in reverse, using dark colors first and adding lighter ones until he is finished.
Other than that, I love it. Now I have to get some LiteBrite !
One material and looks like a mighty effective minnow imitation. I'm just wondering if the material on this fly would tend to foul around the hook when casting... I run into that problem when tying bucktail that extends a decent distance past the hook bend
