HURRAY 135! Ive made through alot of wonderful art and ill keep goin but for now i shall sit down eat some ice cream and watch a movie. This monster is quite intresting and i can tell hes goin to go places! Ill start again at 136 and comment when i get to 140.

Stifte kaufe ich hier in den Staaten bei Dick Blick, sind aber nicht all zu exotisch. Staedtler und Faber-Castell. Kosten ca. $2.50 pro Stück.

How long has it taken you to master this style of drawing?

Hi reape777. This is not a flip answer: 34 years. I've been drawing pretty much from the word Go. I strated drawing comic style stuff around age 10. But these particular drawings... you can see the evolution starting with Monster 001 from little over a year ago. They're all on the channel.

how long does it actually take you to draw these?

It usually takes between 10 and 20 minutes --- 25 minutes if it's really elaborate. This one took about 15 minutes.

Haven't tried that one yet, SirChipmunk. I think I'd just end up with an ink stained desk. A more ink stained desk, I should say. --- As it is, doing the monsters actually is a really nice exercise to get into the drawing zone, because I actually have to really concentrate --- seeing the shape, drawing it upside down, trying not to block the camera with my hands too much... but you're right: I am having too much fun! :^D
