Do you any advice to stop biting nails? Polish didn't work and neither did acrylics....

@katelynness You could try a restorative polish like Sally Hanson's nail growth or Rejuvacote...They'll make your nails slightly harder, and that might make it more difficult for you to bite. Otherwise, it might seem like a strange suggestion, but you could dip your fingers in a solution of strong dry mustard mixed with water, pepper could work too - It willl make your fingers taste bitter and it might help you stop biting them.

well the only way i watched this vid was due to you inviting me to and i continued when i saw how attractive you where. but the quality of your work isnt top notch. I noticed that when you applied the yellow nail polish, there was some inconsistency and also for some of the other nail. overall it was a fun and a bit free spirited tutorial, hope you were aiming for that cuz that was what i got out of it. send me a next message if you want me to watch another one of your tutorials. tc
