you can it in many ways. my favorit is knäckebröd or you can use normal bread then add some butter "boardsmargarin" and slice the Falukorv in even nice slices and put them evenly over the bread and add muster ontop to your own liking :)

Korv stroganoff: 400 g Falukorv 1 yellow onion 400g crushed tomatoes 1 dl vispgrädde or créme fraiche 2-3 msk tomato paste 0,5 tsk salt 0,5 krm ground white pepper First off cut the falukorv into strips, not too long or short. Chop the onion. Fry the sausage and the onion together. Pour the crushed tomatoes in and stir. Pour the cream or créme fraiche, the tomato paste and spices in and bring to boil. And then let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Served warm with rice. :-)
