what site could I go to to "get" this? I have made an anti virus that will protect from this and need to test it on a junk computer. Thanks for your help.
@LittleInside He does not tell people the websites for safety reasons. I'm pretty sure that you could find a site like this on malwaredomaintlist, though
LOL on Dec. 2009 my pc was going on a endless loop and i had all the up to date windows updates and sec. updates for Kaspersky internet sec. 2010 and so, i had to do a sytem restore XD and there was no virus XD
its the shared task entry that's dropped by tht trojan which tries to run on startup. It is supposed to drop a dll which gves 'system has detected.." but instead the dll restarts it

@CrayonPetals MCaffee is shit. I got a **STOP: 0x00000024 message from a wrong update. A hell lot of users had trouble with that update, putting SVChost.exe in the quarantine >_>
Get Avira. It's free and it doesn't leave traces from all it's files in the whole computer.

yes, if no updates are installed, it will restart continuously as shown and you can't run any anti-malware apps since it just restarts after the desktop is loaded.

I wouldn't say so. It is always advisable to have the latest security updates. Service Packs also address functionality issues besides security ones.

yes, if no updates are installed, it will restart continuously as shown and you can't run any anti-malware apps since it just restarts after the desktop is loaded.
