este producto es de malisima calidad,,,los archivos mkv y otros como mpeg2 los lee casi a juro la memoria usb si es de 8gb en adelante y esta llena se demora casi un minuto en leer todo el contenido tiene excelente imagen ya que lee BluRay el Netcast acceso a Internet es limitado solo puede acceder a algunos contenidos y para actualizarlo si se hace mal puede dejar de funcionar .,lo barato sale caro ademas lastima que sea parte de Lg
Got one of these in South Africa at Game Stores. It was pretty cheap. R780 ZAR or $110.
No HDMI cable though. Yes it plays .mkv files straight from a external hhd. I plugged my 500GB external and it detected all my 1080p Movies and Series.
The frame rate is pretty decent. No lag like in other players. Its a VERY good blu ray player. A MUST have at this price to be honest and carries a 2 year warranty.
can I play regular dvds on the blue ray?

how did you turn netcast option on? I have BD550 and have got no netcast ;/ only movie,photo,music and options. even with the newest software
