the guys fighting nevan at a high difficulty i think. at other difficulties you can deal large amts of dmg everytime she stunned

Yes however in your first runthrough you don't have Beowulf, so Real Impact isn't really an alternative.

How come when u use Devil Trigger and u have full bar, how come when u use DT it goes straight down to 3??

That's called Devil Trigger explosion (I guess).

Press and hold L1 (or the DT button from the keyboard) and the 4th DT "ball" will start glowing red. Keep holding and the other ones will glow too.

When you release L1, the glowing DT balls will be consumed instantly and everyne around you will be damaged. A full DTE does some serious damage to any kind of enemy. \m/ Ò.Ó \m/

oh i forgot this strat also well works with quicksilver and doppleganger with the delay glith only but,with RG K.ann raises your style like crazy,mad crazy because it hurts her shield so much you can even hear the damage it's doing to her.you'll see what i mean when i get windows movie maker fixed soon i hope.peace!

nice vid!.i want to make my own dante,nevan strat but i dont think i ever get a chance.for nevan i use royal guard,kalina ann,rebellion and angi rudra.first you guard cancel with kalina ann as fast as you can while she spins and stinger breaks her bats fast also to kock her down for more hits just shoot her again it's very fun.a jc crossed swords with agnirudra can also do it fast and it does the most damage against vergil but only a gamemaster can pull it off very hard.try em out youll like it.

Seems a really coll tatic, but I suck with Royalguard; and yet I'm not playing anymore due to my lack of free time =/

You should keep trying to put your strategy to work, but I think that would be better if only only block her attacks when she spins, without the K.Ann guard cancel... I don't think it would be quick enough, and also you can unleash a Royal Release (just release) in her face in her last spin.

thats the beauty of it you never have to block cause it works like jugdement cut with vergil just stand on her side not front and fire like there's no tommorrow!kalina ann fills up your DT gauge to full so you can always DTE instead of a royal release to kill her fast.i haven't mastered it yet but it can be done fast enough to stop her if get in the right position and time your shots it's hard to do when the battle begins because she doesn't spin very long but it get easier when she's hurt.;)

But she is a pretty easy boss, pay attention to the timing of her attacks and you can easely dodge them.

it's easier if you smash her when she appeares to chase you and suck your life. if you're fast enough, instead of being chased, you get to score extra hits.

Dash is always useful, while dashing Dante is invunerable to all attacks.

If you're not playin as Trickster, you can use the side roll cuz it has the same effect.

Or you can jump, the first half-second of jumping also is unvunerable....

It's the hardest style to use and judging from that vid you're really good at it.

Nah, not really.

Trickster in fact is one of the easiest styles.

All you got to do is press O whenn the attack'll hit you, cuz dashing will always make you dodge it, even if it hits you (!?!?)

There are a lot of better tricksters than I; and for me the hardest style is RoyalGuard. :p

you can buy some of them at the "customize ====> item". But most of it are found in the stages and in the secret missions.

In the stages you ussually found blue orb fragments, when you found 4 of it you got a complete blue orb and a new piece is added to your life bar

What a coincidence. I use the same technique. Except that I don't DT when she's open and that I mainly use Rebellion to break her defense. Oh, and yeah, I use Trickster too (Level 2 whenever I reach her)

Yes, I already got everything in full level, but ussually when you start to play on the DMD you're already in that stiuation, or almost there. It's not so hard to do beat her I did in that video anyone can do with some pratice; but since I always heard people complaining that you can't fight her in stylsih way, adn that it's hard to get S in stylish pts on mission 9, I come up with that video.

You pwnt Nevan harder then I did :( I feel kinda bad for myself... I used Beowulf and Agni & Rudra... <.< I kinda regret that (Not this, I tried Nevan a 2nd time after already beaten the game.) Either way, the reason why you pwnt Nevan harder then me, was because she grabbed me once with her grip in 1 of my "No Damage" runs... :(

Her grip can be a pain, that's why I always try to have some sparing DT, in the case she gets me. :P

I hope I can do better then I did at that run. I barely succeded to do a No Damage on Nevan. Beowulf and Rebellion semt to be a better mix with Sword Style. She tasted my Real Impact quite a lot to break her bats :3

In Swordmaster style you can bean the hell out of her in a few seconds by using Real Impact and Hammer cancel. Look for a video called Sparda vs Nevan if you wanto see it, but you won't get so many Stylish PTs.

You can simply jump and keep shoting with Ebony & Ivory from the air. When she isn't trying to hug you anymore you can fall on her head with a helm breaker.

It's teh easiest way to do it.

Or you can also simply use the devil trigger,

cuz in DT no enemy can hold/trow/grapple you.

It's not so dificult, you just have to dash in the right time to don't take damage (during the dash you're invencible) and atack her properly. when she'i almost out of bats use rebelion standard combos so when her shild brokes use a Devil Trigger Explosion maximum charged.
