You didn't offend me mate. The hybrid Daleks were suppose to suggest that they were at a time between the old design and the new design as if to say the Daleks were slowly upgrading their casings to the ones on the new series. We sold out and people loved it and enjoyed it and that's what matters :)
They should take that play on tour. I'm sure many citiess in England, and even international Doctor Who viewers would love to see it. But I must admit, those Dalek props do not look very well built. They're movie Daleks trying to be 00s Daleks.
The Daleks we used were very well built by the Devious team. They were the ones used by the BBC on Comic Relief's Dr Who but have been modded to look like a cross between the 'Evil' Daleks and the New Series Daleks to give a sence of time in the Daleks casing evolution.
Well, I'm sorry for offending you, it's just that I think they should have stuck to one theme of Dalek rather than trying to create a hyrbid of two eras.
