justin chancellor uses a pick on all songs to get a variety of tone, you can hear scratches for example on roseta stoned. only time he doesnt use a pick is 10,000 days, you can OBVIOUSLY hear the diferences

I did play by those tabs but some of them are old and not accurate. If ur not sure go to TOOLbassplayer channel and learn by his vids.

Try bassmasta(dot)net. They've got a pretty good Aenima tab there. I'm learning from it right now and it's good and accurate so far.
