Ken 'snakehips' Johnson and his West Indian Orchestra were playing that night. Snakehips was killed. I've also heard that Al Bolwy was killed in the same incident but am not certain this is true.

My Grandfather`s club. He died. Looters ransacked the bodies. Emergency services arrived and the wounded were washed down with champagne.

Should a whole country engagement against ethnies and countries , be considered vanished , just because they did loose the war ?
