I read somewhere that he's repeatedly done this in a attempt to portray himself as some sort of victim- filing suit accusing his opponent of defamation and "sleazy campaign tactics" and when he wins he quietly drops the suit. I think this is the fourth campaign where he has done this. LOL! I really hope the people of Minnesota don't send this guy back to DC- President Obama is gonna need all the help he can get in the Senate if we're going to get things done.
