  • I read an article about this puppeteer in the 11-17 May 2007 issue of <i>LA Weekly</i>. His name is Eli Presser and he performs on the street in the Los Feliz section of Los Angeles. He studied puppetry formally in Chicago and Cal Arts' Cotsen Center of Puppetry. According to the article, he uses "the quirky tunes of Louis Armstrong, Bai Hong and Jean Sablo" as background music to his street performances. Best to all.
