Hey @Legend813a, Im training hard to lebron up my jump by doing the workout program that is from (50-inch-vertical(dot)com) - and thus far got like over 13 ins so far although Im still a little away from being able to jump high enuff to dunk the ball smoothly. It is primarily just my first day of my 2nd week thus far, any sort of tips?
