Well... for one she was about 22 years younger, and it was the late 80s. If someone released an album that sounded like "Like a Prayer" in 2012, I don't think it would sell half of what it sold back then. It's a pity too, because except for a couple of songs in "Ray of Light" this was probably the last album I liked from her.
