@yurdamannowdog +1 to that. It seems like most white guys grow beards either out of laziness or to look a little more...rustic? I've noticed that white guys who grow beards tend to let it go a little more and they look friendlier as a result...in contrast most black dudes I know who have beards have hard lines and angles to look suave or sharp or tough or whatever.

Just my opinion/observations.

@redlerb I grew a beard out, and although i didn't keep hard lines on it, i trimmed it once a week, meticulously shampooed it, and combed/brushed it, took almost as much time as shaving, i just look better with a beard.
