  • this guy compromised th sterile field so many times. It is almost not even worth trying to be sterile

  • he poked the baby in the eye

  • @utubenoob78 this patient isnt pregnant. Just fluids in abdomen.

  • woooo, is a beautiful baby, congratulations

  • What is wrong with the patient? Why wouldn't they go through the urethra in lieu of the abdominal wall? Sorry, but I need to know what the procudure is for, what caused the swelling? Is this lady pregnant? Why is she going home with all that swelling??

  • @diamondgirl828 This is fluid that has built up inside the abdomen. It is not urine so they can't go through the urethra. It's part of the inflammatory response. There could be some kind of infection, cancer, liver disease, etc.

  • @LJB1031 - OK, that makes sense now! Thanks for your answer! I was really stumped by this one!

  • Why did the patient grab the doctors ass? Also - the most important - how did she recover?

  • Ahora si sabe lo es estar embarazada!!!!!!

  • throw bag on the floor?

  • he wears the pants in the reverse!

  • THEY DONT WHERE GLOVES WHEN THEY ARE RUBBING ON THE STUFF , HE DID HAVE GLOVES WHEN HE WAS DOING THE PROCEDURE

  • Very informative video.

  • I can see he is wering gloves all the procedure, the helper, catches the tube in the extremity area and the Doc cutes without touch the contaminated part, I think he didn´t use sufficient anesthesia, and was very fast, but he know what he did, he did it well, I do this with lack of material, like he had in this video, and improvise, but I am in Uruguay for god sake!

  • @curicica15 ... No matter where you live I think any procedure especially when performing aseptic technique, it should always be performed under sterile conditions. I think people get sloppy and lazy because they want "quick" money. That's just what I think...

  • @laspanishchica I was talking about material just this, not aseptic or anseptic procedure, coors is very important, you said money , and I laughed because here I earn just 10 dolars an hour of hard work in ER, but the patient is in the first place always, they doesn`t have any guilt about my bad salary, so I do my work as best as I can, with the material I have, that just what I think...

  • @curicica15 ...Come to the USA and you will get paid fair money for your hard work... what do you do in the ER? What is your profession?

  • @laspanishchica doy medico , te hablo en espanol por tu nickname, estoy queriendo irme a Brasil, mi paìs, pero es complicado, tu eres cubana...

  • @laspanishchica internal medicine, emergency

  • @embersnow2 on top of it all, you definitively need to work on your spelling

  • @embersnow2 No that patients belly is full of fluids, which makes it blow up like this... it is very painful, and it actually provides big relief to the patient, when that fluid is drained.

  • what is medically unprofessional is, that the good doctor fumbles around with sterile gauze around the catheder insertion site, without wearing gloves...dear Dr. whatever, where did you graduate from????

  • @Sternlein4USA ... I agree!

  • @laspanishchica Thanks

  • there are lots and lots of fluid in that patients belly, and they do drain it, which gives that patient an immense relief..

  • ok assholes, ill make the 5th comment

  • He's wearing gloves!

  • sir, you are doing a sterile procedure, but where is your gloves???!!!

  • @laspanishchica where ARE your gloves? *

  • @batmanRisen08 Yeah whatever, I was just concerned about the gloves at the time. I know my English.

  • @laspanishchica The dr or whatever he is *was* wearing the gloves, except for at the end when he no longer needed to.

  • admire !!
