Yes i have been there... i am from Greece... and my opinion is very good about this airport. Maybe in USA is much better than here and because of this you have this opinion.

yeah but im sorry to sound rude but all of the pakis and indians smell like body odor. Its just a different way of living and im fine with it. They were the majority in the line for customs. Maybe it just takes them for ever to get through the customs line but really it smelled like an armpit. Lets just resolve this with AIRPORTS SUCK!

I've never been to good 'ole California, but if there is one state in the US which resembles Greece's Mediterranean climate the most, "Callyfornia" is the one.

atually the aircraft lands on runway 03R (O34R) which is the right runway which is on eastern direction. so please next time know you facts

Actually it's not. Check out Google earth. The two runways don't allign. The runway this plane landed on begins where you see the tower. It was a perfect landing.

Athens old airport was HELLINIKON. Heraklion is a city in Crete served by Heraklion Nikos Kazantzakis Airport (HER).
