I used to do this wrong in the begining, so the folds are beginning to become a bit "less sharp", or however I should put it... Is there a good way to fix that?

@damillionmalania After you wash it, while it is still wet make sure you fold in the proper pleats. Pull them and crease them firmly. After that, iron it after every washing. Alternatively, you can put them between your mattress and box-spring, or mattress and bed while you sleep. Your pleats should begin to look crisp again. Just take your time in making sure the pleats are folded correctly.

I always fold my Sensei's hakama :) In our Dojo, one of the etiquettes is that "Never let your Sensei folds his own hakama"

Hmm, I think this video would be better if you have shown it the other way round rather than facing the camera. It is confusing for me cuz up is down and left is right.
