Petty Officer Higgins is the flight mechanic operating the hoist. Petty Officer Dazzo is the rescue swimmer. LT Nelson is at the controls of the MH-60J during all the hoists. The C-130 found the raft and vectored us to them. That saved a lot of fuel and time. Dazzo got an Air Medal from the USCG and the STAR OF COURAGE from the Canadian government.
