This area is speed trap. When you enter the Parkway its 40. They pull you over if you do 55 but it's posted 55 only a few feet into the parkway. CNY really sucks!
Because, some people enjoy the sights and sounds of driving on a highway. That area is unique as you approach the Carousel Center. The road system becomes like spaghetti viewed from above. It's a complicated setup. This person picked the route that gives them many ramp options.
What I am amazed with is that you did not have some one in a SUV speed pass you because they think 55 is too slow on that stretch (of course in the winter they are also the ones that wonder how come they almost ended up in the lake)

Videos like htese make me home sick as hell. Shame the economy of Syracuse and NY state in general are terrible, and business taxes are horrible
