my dad had a Audi A2 1.2TDI he could drive 40kmt on 1 liter diesel. I hope they are going to make a new A2. i think it looks very nice and it is also very good for the environment :P

Actually, the song is called "lovely place" and was a track specially made for Audi by composer "eardrum". Its available as a free mp3 download on Audi's german website, as far as I remember...

It wasn't successful compared to its competitor (Mercedes A) back then. People preferred to pay similar prices for the A-class. Another reason people tend to assume is, that the A2 did not fit into Audi's image marketing wise. People rather expected strong/big/fast cars from Audi thus the brand could not identify itself with the A2.

Furthermore the A2 is told to be ahead of its time. Design and technology wise. You might find out more on Wikipedia.
