Use the museum terminals to find the key you were looking for. Search the YouTube video: "Fallout 3: The Xuanlong Assault Rifle" to get the passwords for the terminals.
you have to find 3 terminals in the museum which have #000 at the bottom and you will have 4 choices and you have to choose the number which is only divisible by 1 or itself and if u mess up its locked up forever, once you open the safe u will get a message for a guy named prime and he will be at jury street metro station (west of vault 101) and in the diner you should find his body with the xuanlong assault rifle which has a 36 round clip and almost double dmg as chinese assault rifles!

I mean the Lunar Lander that he desecrated in order to repair Three Dog's radio dish. I mean, it's necessary in the game and all, but in a world so lost, such priceless mementos of history are really important.
Dude, it's a lunar lander! Do you know how important it is to the history of humanity that we landed on the moon? That was such a massive achievement for us, and now the only real physical remaining evidence was desecrated in the game. Look, I'm not badmouthing the game or 4PP. I love them, and I know it's just a game, but thinking about the last traces of a pre-apocalyptic time being lost forever is kind of sad for a history buff like me.
