I have the same exact problem. It just showed up one day, and poof, that was it. Mine behaves exactly like yours. Everything sounds like it's working, but no steam.
I owned and returned 2 of these units when they first came out...I think they are poorly designed. I ended up with the Lelit PL041 and it rally blows the Sirena out of the water in performance. Good Luck!
I would like to buy this machine for parts if you still have it.
