The answers make a lot of sense but how can an applicant show the admissions that he/she is the ideal applicant if their goals are "flexible". All application essays ask for one's career goals, short term and long term; so is the question of "flexible career goals" more related to one's personal emotion or can it be applied to the application essay as well?
