There are stronger rules to be intolerant of other faiths than there are to be tolerant of other faiths. In my city some Muslims asked that pork and alcohol not be sold in the area they lived. Good idea said a politician if we can get the same rights in a Muslim country for non Muslims to have an area they can buy those things. The request was withdrawn.

Muslims dont just refer to the Quran and apply it literally. they use other things to evaluate it and then put it into practice, they also look at the story behind every verse and why it was written. thats why there are any sects and practicies in Islam. and many disagree on alot of things.

@arav00 We host thousands of students from Libya and the gulf every year. I had 3 Omanis in my own house this year and i dont even want students. There were record numbers coming to learn english but they are polite on the whole. On top of that there are still many migrants. The only problem I have with the split of Sudan is that once again muslims manage to carve off a chunk of a country for Islam.
Within a year, muslims will be immigrating into south Sudan and the whole process is going to start all over. Within 20 years, Islamic violence will be rampant in Sudan again, and Muslims will be killing people for "just another chunk of land to call their own".

Bonobos live in richer feeding grounds and the females rule. They are peaceful and if a male bullies he doesn’t get sex for a while. Bonobos introduced to a new troupe are loved immediately. There are stronger rules to be intolerant of other faiths than there are to be tolerant of other faiths. In my city some Muslims asked that pork and alcohol not be sold in the area they lived. Good idea said a politician if we can get the same rights in a Muslim country for non Muslims to have an area they can buy those things. The request was withdrawn.

During the timer she was on stage the hall was filled with armed guards for her protection. She must live her whole life like that. Islam is a horrible cult to do that to its people.

@arav00 You are talking the same old rubbish. Algebra?? years ago. Islam holds them back, didn't you know that? It contradicts modern science so no progress is 'allowed' to be made but you can be sure that when a Saudi King or Prince is ill he will be utilising the best of western medicine just as we saw King Abdullah and his huge entourage go to New York for a minor operation.

Im not even Sunni btw. and i'd recommend you go and read some articles on wikipedia at least and you'll find that Arabs and Muslims contributed alot to humanity. The form of Islam thats being promoted by Saudi today is a deformed islam and nothing else.

@arav00 You clearly don't know what a logarithm book is then do you? It is a mode of calculation that was used prior to having calculators and you needed a slide rule to do the calculation. I expect you are too young to remember, but i was at school 40 years ago. The word is 'Holy' not Holly - Holly is the name of a tree or a Girls name. So don't change the subject, what's new in the Muslim world? I mean in the last year or so of scientific development.

@arav00 Well Iranians don't consider themselves arabs do they? Islam was forced on them hundreds of years ago and yet again about 30 years ago. Won't be long until they overthrow those Mad Mullahs will it? Yes I know many Iranian people who are intelligent and they do try hard but this is despite Islam not because of it. Muslims dont just refer to the Quran and apply it literally. they use other things to evaluate it and then put it into practice, they also look at the story behind every verse and why it was written. thats why there are any sects and practicies in Islam. and many disagree on alot of things.

This is just an example to show you that those people are capable of doing alot its just that they got unlucky to be born in such a war zone or a hostile environment. peace

@arav00 Well i dont agree there are so many Arab doctors in Britain. I haven't come across one for years. they would be very lucky to get a job here now anyway as the doors are closing for work visas. Anyway why don't they stay in their own country if it is all so great rather than muscle in to our very free society? Nothing annoys me more than being lectured by foreigners who criticise the UK but still want to live here and then have the cheek to try and change our lives.

@arav00 We host thousands of students from Libya and the gulf every year. I had 3 Omanis in my own house this year and i dont even want students. There were record numbers coming to learn english but they are polite on the whole. On top of that there are still many migrants. This is a very tolerant country but there is no reason why they have to be allowed in. It has nothing to do with bombing. We dont have an automatic open door, it is not easy to come here.

@arav00 Atheists are not grouped together saying women must wear veils or hats or gloves. They dont tell people what to eat or when they can have sex or if they can go to a nightclub or cinema. They don't tell people to do anything in fact other than to think for themselves. Communism is over too ages ago except in Cuba and North Korea. People like yourself must love being controlled otherwise you would dump the religious rulings. i cannot see any other reason to go along with it.

Arabs doesnt equal Saudi there are over 20 Arab countries many of them contributed alot to humanity, Yes Cinemas are banned in saudi since the 70s but there is a successful film industry in Egypt and Syria for example (both are Arab countries btw) Many Arab countires are very liberal eg Lebanon Syria and Tunisia. The reason why people are being inhumane to each other is because of ignorance and poverty, just compare it to China Srilanka Uganda and others
