  • If he had one of those retarded half helmets then his face would've been ripped off. +1 for wearing a full face!

  • well that looks nasty

  • At least he had a helmet and jacket on. If he'd been wearing better pants and boots, he wouldn't have gotten the rash at all.

    Shit happens, be prepared.

  • Do these cops give out tickets when poeple crash or do they just let it go?

  • Why are the fire brigade there? I had a similar accident a few months ago when an ambulance was passing by. They stopped and asked if i was okay and shrugged it off and we went our seperate ways. Didn't even check me out as i knew all i'd need to do is clean it and put a bandage on, not all that palava.

  • in slow mo did i just see a chunk of his meat come off....O.O

  • glad i took the brc!

never brake in a curve and if you have to straighten the handlebars first!

  • @hldfst09 Ahahahahahah you are ridicolous, if you get sick what will your marines do? Nothing even if you won ww2 O:

  • Im loving headlight mask thing, anybody know what its from or is it the stock?

  • same so I broke my tibia and fibula

  • Good thing he was wearing his protective levis'

  • At least he got a sweet pair of jean shorts sort out of it.

  • Equip, practice, EQUIP!

  • I always wear full leather protection (see my videos) this shit happens and is not funny. But I mean look at his chickenstrip @ 0:43 explaining everything. He's a begginer and got a kind of warning with this little accident! He should wear full leather protection and starting to break with maybe ONE or TWO fingers and not with all your fingers like cutting metal.

All of you an accident-free 2012

    greetings from Germany

  • My brother was all against wearing leather pants, until he took a road to the knee too! He wears a Dainese Jacket, full metal gloves, boots etc. but he didn't feel it was necessary since he wasn't on the track.

  • aaaaaaauau au au au ( 8 - ( E(

  • Note to myself: Always wear protection.

  • @Z. Yes it was very stupid but it looked real cool flying through the air like superman then having the ninja land on me. Making it a little hard to get back up but only suffered a broken hand. Wear the gear it really works!

  • Bbbbwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaahhhhhaaaa ha ha ha. Wear the right gear you tit and also you a wimp. I crashed my ninja with a high side and broke my hand, picked the bike up bent the bar enough to steer and the rode home then went to hospital. WIMP hahaha

  • @mrkd283

    Well, that was stupid.

  • @mrkd283 pfft dude thats nothin. while i was haulin i dumped the bike and i slid for somethin like 500 feet and happen to slide under a lawn mower and it choopped both my legs off. and then i had to drive the bike home in first gear. i didnt even goto the hospital, some duct tape and good as new.....WIMP

  • @captnoddball HAHA!

  • time to buy some new jeans :)

  • i think the fire department and the ambulance was a lil over kill but wat do i know....

  • never Ride in Jeans always wear your Protecting gear

  • blimey, that was not prudent ... =\

  • I used to be a motorcyclist like him, then I took a road to the knee.

  • Big argument for ABS if i seen one

  • From the look of that guardrail, he wasn't the first to do that.

  • I'm not a fan of leather pants but after this video I'm strongly considering it. Lol.

  • i'm glad the guy is ok and didn't have a major accident. But this video begs the question? what is a beginner doing driving a bike like that? If the reason the bike went down is because the front wheel locked up in corner, then surely the rider was a beginner. Even slightly experienced riders know (or at least should) that you NEVER use the front break in corners, if you ever feel like you need to, it's because your entering the corner too fast.

  • @magnapillow i met the same accident as the rider in the video yesterday...thx for this comment and now i know not to use front brake too much...thanks

  • Hahahahahahahaha!!

  • @junkano that's my name, yes.

  • Happened to me, the diesel on the road didn't help, but grabbed a bit to much front brake for the angle I was tilted at.. boom, down I went.. and out came the credit card!

  • What a dope...

  • if the motorcycle weren't in front of him i think he would've passed under the fence would've felt from very high.

  • He used to be an adventurer, but then he took a road to the knee :)

  • Jum! Eso debió doler!!! auch!

  • If he was wearing some gear like that other guy in the video , those pants with protection .. His knee would be just fine

  • Thats a huge emergency response for a simple case of road rash. The only thing missing is the ladder truck.

  • Whose idea was it to put the advert in 720p when I'm having a bad connection?

  • and here we are shown the best thing to do with a harley....bin the fucker !

  • Leather is so awesome

  • So happy I wear leather every time I see this.

  • To those of you commenting on the fact that he had all this medical and police attention for such a little injury, I'll give you some insight. It's not his choice. The police showed up on their own, and called the ambulance for him most likely. I crashed and just called my friend but a passerby must have called the fire dept cuz they showed up on their own and were trying to look me over and I hid the fact that I had roadburn on my knee and shin like this guy to avoid medical costs or paperwork

  • been there, done that lol

  • I think the worse was the ankle...

  • Why would anyone ride the snake w/o full leathers...

  • @Thomazz46 Same reason little kids have to be stopped from diving off a couch, or walking/crawling right over the top of the steps. They just don't have the brain capacity to understand the dangers until they experience the consequences. They have to get hurt to grow a brain.

  • too much front brake in a turn?

  • If you got one dollar for every crash filmed you would be millionaire!

  • Looks like he took a road to the knee.

  • a true knee dragger.

  • Holy shit...your knee is busted!

  • i lost count! so many bikes has been crashed on that road!

Here in The Netherlands we don`t have roads like that. next holiyday---> Mul Holland!

  • i used to be a biker... but then ...

  • Comment removed

  • That's what i'd call a good day.... allmost. The bike and his knee are skuffed but at least he walked away...

  • Looks like tons of newbies crashing on mulholland. See the Jeans he crashed in. See the road rash... See the pants of the guy who moved his bike.. Either the last time this guys hits some corners in just jeans or the last time he rides..

  • dont think he had been riding long. goes into corner too fast, grabs the brake like it was his first boob and lesson learnt for trying to show off.

  • Anybody else get their little dull pain in your knee when you saw him land it on the road?

  • I've seen that many of them are scared to take the turn, and they brake..but they grab the font brake...And i can't understand why :|

  • leathers man, dont be a douche.

  • what ??? i think the problem its on the break see it on slow motion

  • i ride motorcycle every day but than i get arrow into my knee

  • @konfutsi30 Pavement**

  • i used to ride motorbikes till i grazed my knee!

seriously an ambulance for a grazed knee.

  • Looked like he just yanked the front brake.

  • he cam in wearing jeans... cam out wearing shorts.. XD

  • 0:00

  • his knee was held down. coulda been a 1/4 million dollar knee surgery for this little event

  • Damn!!! That was a HANDFULL of front brake. Least he looks like he's ok..

  • Yes... sexy but unable to make turns... and with that tyres!!!!! My God!!! Want to go around as a sport rider, with wrong bike, wrong tyres, and NO leather suit...

  • such a sexy bike the Buell.....

  • Then knee is bad but if u look closely his foot hits the ground first. The road grips his toes first and the foot is dragged and turned backwards which does not look appealing at all.

  • AHAHAHAHAHAH firefighters, ambulance and police.. Soo american. Come on

  • @JustBorgi haha yeah a little excessive lol? xD

  • @JustBorgi

AHAHAHAHAH... you're SO ignorant, you tosser: firefighters are there on fire watch, but have first aid [medical] training & kit. So, they are the first responders for many medical emergencies and have saved countless lives. Maybe you live in one of many countries where fire fighters and ambulances take a few hours to arrive. SO 3rd World, come on.

  • @bucksinster Yes, you have my congratulation but it is however exaggerated and fuck you fatty american boy i'm proud to be italian! (and trust me, it's hard nowadays)

  • @JustBorgi say that to our marines chicken shit... no you wouldnt!!! youd roll over just like you did during WWII. Pussy

  • looks like that knee hurts! time to buy some gear.

  • Special tanks to the Levi `s knie protection 0:59

  • use full safety cloths

  • What a twat, my granny can ride better than that.

  • i have a buell xb12s. crashed a couple yrs ago in an enviroment almost similar to that, guardrail, 100ft cliff, etc. was going about 50mph's through a curve, high-sided, broke linkage to clutch, rode home 3 hours in 4th gear. i cracked two ribs. i did not stay long enough to be billed for four first responding units. what a waste of taxpayer dollars.

  • this douche never helps lol

  • I wonder how much that scraped knee costed him in medical bills. At least he got some sweet cut-off jeans out of it.

  • You will not go into this turn! OK FRONTBRAKE ACTIVATE!

  • What bike is it?

  • @scorlalo read title

  • @scorlalo buell

  • ATGATT

  • Full leathers buddy.

It's a buell so it doesn't matter. They are build like tanks and look like thanks.

Next time just drag the rear brake a bit.

  • @SicSeb tanks*

  • gotta love nobs like this one... make for great videos.

  • A month ago I was in a similar accident. I was coming slightly faster for the curve and there was a car stopped ahead where it shouldn't be; I tried to lean more the bike and couldn't so I straighten up the bike (or at least I thought I did) and hit hard both brakes, immediately I heard a scraping sound and was on the ground.

In my case I was flown to the hospital despite I was good to go in the ambulance. I ended with a broken fibula and a broken clavicle with a titanium plate and 7 screws.

  • Everyone is saying he should have been wearing the right gear etc. and I COULD NOT agree more. But I'm thinking maybe learn to ride a fucking bike properly before you think about heading for the hills, I mean what the fuck was he doing grabbing the front brake like that? Retard.

  • wear your gear.... jeans riders are just stupid. he had a lot of luck, his knee could look much worse than this.

  • Mann, watching that knee grind on the concrete at 1:10 on looked like it hurt.

  • not wierd he fell when he has such a massive front disk :P

  • i ride with my kickstand down to like a boss

  • He's lucky he didnt fuck ypp his foot

  • lol its cuz hes wearing sketchers lolololol

  • I will now never ever EVER wear jeans while riding. That made me cringe so bad.

  • @Vip3r19 i am 15 and i want a bike when i get older and i would probable wear a jacket helmet gloves and probably boots or high top shoes and normal pants and this made me think i should wear like riding pants when i get a bike.

  • oh thank god he was wearing gear.. otherwise he would have messed his knee up pretty bad....... seewhatididthere :D

  • Police, two ambulances and a firetruck? I've "jogged off" worse injuries than that. WTF?

  • Dnt get me wrong im glad the riders ok but OMG seriously all of those emergency services for that? the other week i had a smash at 65mph, was unconscious for over 10 minutes bike was destroyed and the car i hit was undrivable, not tryin to big myslf up but a lot more serious than this so why, why, WHY was there the need for a fire truck? an ambulance is cool coz there might have been serious undetermined injuries and of course police have to be there but a FIRE TRUCK???

  • oooh are you okey now?

  • I am never wearing jeans on my bike again.

  • and thats why we should all wear full face helmets.. he really did take a face plant

  • wow he hat luck im working in an emergency truck however its called (sry dont know the word) in germany and i love to ride... and fast... but not in jeans... when we come to the crash you ca see like 100 meters before if the guy on the bike weared jeans or right stuff because you see at first like 10 to 30 meter a blood sighn and after that like paintet with chalk you see the bone which slided over the street so plese weare the right stuff it just can be good for you...

  • maybe I'll stop riding in jeans..

  • thats why u wear protection wear gear at all times the proper gear

  • wish someone would have guided me on my first sportbike in 1978 about going out and practicing corner after corner , learning countersteering and lean angle would have saved me so much trouble not to get into what I wasnt ready to encounter like this guy cramping up when he could have let it flow naturally into the corner with just the right amount of entry speed , looking out into the curve with proper lean and throttle control. With the right flow from corner to corner smoothly done

  • 2 ambulance, 2 fire trucks, police veichle...for what?

  • Notice how all of the other crashes in the playlist are dismissed after picking up the bike, patting the poor dude on the back, and sending him on his marry way. This one however, needs emt and firedep. Difference? This idiot is riding in jeans, all the other dudes wear their gear.

  • ...mit nem Lederkombi wärst du besser geschützt gewesen und hättest nicht so eine schlimme Beinverletzung...

  • @asmovftw you dont have to know what countersteering is you dipshit. People do it naturally on 2 wheels. If you cant countersteer, then you cant even keep a bicycle upright to begin with.

  • Wow, you can see the roadrash happening. Been there. Jeans are better than nothing, but jeans don't even last 10ft on tarmac. Personal Experience.

    When in doubt, power out.

  • I wanted to drag my knee too... at least before I saw this guy do it.

  • At least he got his knee down...

  • @gunhound45 ahhhh!!!! Im wearing my knee pads everywhere i go now.

  • And that's why u wear proper riding pant

  • ok beyond the mistakes that dude ground his knee way down. It was stuck under the bike forever. Oh man I hope hes ok

  • Helmet save lives pay close attention to1:37 many have died from kissing the blacktop this way.

  • @TheBigDogHouse ok you got me baitch :D

  • ztl owns

  • I thought maybe there was something in front that made him panic and grab, but your other angle clearly showed he panicked and just grabbed too hard. D'Oh!

  • Do Americans not have to take a bike test or something because i swear self inflicted accidents dont happen nearly as often elsewhere in the world

  • fucking nice buell

  • 50 dollar knee pads saved my knees twice..i think they might have worked here as well! proper gear MEANS THE FULL GEAR!!!!!!

  • hey, you've gotta learn sometime...and even when you do, sometimes it doesn't sink in until you eat the pavement a couple times...

  • this fence saved so many lives

  • I see other dudes just get up and ride away, this dude has the whole fire department on him.

  • @videoman223

I don't know about other places, but in California ALL injury accidents MUST be called in to the local authorities... It just so happened that the authorities were there when it happened... that's why the calvary rolled in.

  • folded like a cheap lawn chair.

  • what happend was he was riding a womens motorcycle. thats what really happend

  • Yank that front brake! Squid, hope he ws ok

  • if only he understood what counterstearing was

  • Poor guy. :(

  • all these great bikes are wasted on these amateurs...

  • OUCH!!!!!!!

  • OMG...his knee took a friggin beating on that one! Ouch for you.

  • why are there fire engines and firemen there?

  • looks like the bike faired pretty well. dang i thought it wouldve been all tore up

  • This is an awesome vid just to show people's injury when riding with jeans

  • Damn, how this guy can fall here? Is he push a front brake during he turns? I dont seen any other reason, but this a basic fail.

  • Yea.. you can get away with grabbing front brakes like that on a scooter doing like 30 kph... Not on actual motorcycles like these...

  • What he did wrong: he was planted on that seat, turned the wheel into the turn, and grabbed the front brake.

What he should have done: Leaned off the left side of the bike with shoulders parallel to the handle pars, counter steered, and all of his braking should have been done before the turn. And if he was in a situation where he missed judged the turn all you can do at that point is lean the bike hard as u possibly can, or get the bike upright and then brake.

  • @MrTyronePimp good classic MSF advice.

  • @MrTyronePimp Thank god CAPTAIN HINDSIGHT is here

  • @MrTyronePimp Or he could've slightly dragged the rear brake. The front brake will bring you back up in a corner. The rear brake will cause you to lean more. Or as per MrTyronePimp) he could've countersteered more. -

Moral of the story? DO NOT use your front brake in corners people !!!!

or just go do some Superbike School training.

  • @gregm42 Or, you know, don't operate the brake like a retarded gibbon. It's like he'd never used that lever before, or something.

  • Dang, you can see the weight of the bike pushing his knee into the pavement. Glad he's ok.

  • ooh dude that rash hurts me just by looking at it, THAT IS A BEAUTIFUL BIKE...

  • haha it was like the cop car was going past laughing at him

  • what the hell is wrong with this turn?

  • After seeing his knee 1:10 made me cringe 0.0

  • How many people does it take to pick up a Buell. The same as it takes to pick up a Harley, thats why Harley riders ride in groups. ;)

  • @kingzreptilez4life I own a buell and dislike harleys, my buell weights around 185 kilos, same as many supersports. And I never ride with HD guys haha

  • @jezuz12345 I test drove a Buell that had almost every performance goodie you can think off and i didnt like the ride much. It shakes too much and I felt uncomfortable. Dont get me wrong when I first got on 1st gear I was like holy sh*t this thing has power. I own a Vrod, 848 and just sold my Agustas and R6. The Vrod is my first and last Harley I will ever buy. As a mechanic they are a pain to work on. I also dont ride with Harley guys

  • @kingzreptilez4life You see, one mans dream is another mans nightmare haha. I prefer my buell over my friends bikes (fz6, gsxr1000 etc) because it vibrated and feels alive, and makes me wanna ride more and faster, whereas on an fz6 I get instantly bored of the ride. Don't get me wrong, the fz6 works perfectly and is extremely easy to ride, it's just not my cup of tea. You owned all these bikes? Lucky guy, and with taste too!

  • @jezuz12345 To each his own. Yea I did.I only got to open them up a handfull of times at the track. I live in NYC so the potholes here dont let you do much. I bought my Brutale as a st only bike but that bike was a beast. I can wheelie all day in that bike. When I first rode it home I had a 3 block staright so I kinda cracket the throtle and it came right up..lol. The F4 was my baby but I didnt like that if i got stuck in traffic it would give 1s Degree burns.lol.

  • @kingzreptilez4life Yeah, I've heard about the F4 overheating etc. Potholes? You should see the roads here! They are a series of bumps, holes, congested retarded drivers, and the tarmac is extrmely slippery, probably it is more slippery dry here than it is over there wet! Well, keep riding and stay safe!

  • @jezuz12345 If you are not getting almost killed at least 10 times a day here then you are not riding. I hate cab drivers here. They will kill you for a customer. Thanks man, ride safe.

  • Damn, all that weight dropped on his knee, thats enough to break it....watch the vid...
