Damn, I miss seeing these characters... The best couples are ones like this, with some badass anti-hero and a girl with the heart of an angel. :)

No couples do it quite like Shadow Hearts though.

@AkumaUchitoru Actually I think its the most overused one... not that I don´t like it but it would be nice to see a change to vary... in fact im curious, what kind of couple do not make your cut?

Huh? Well, I guess it would be the couples in Tales of Symphonia 2, EmilXMarta or however it want. That game just sucked... The girl Marta was just madly in love with the main character and even though her element is Light, she's just really annoying, and then Emil's element is Dark but he's mostly a big wuss, but then he has this Ratatosk side which ends up being his real side, and it's hard to tell if that side of him is good or evil. It's confusing, but it basically makes no sense

@AkumaUchitoru Mmm I see. Yeah in comparison the chars here are more straight minded, not exaggerations whatsoever, just a simple but honest "I love you". What I mean by overused is that formula of making the guy overly emo-bitter, and the girl incredibly shy with a goodness that is kinda of too idealistic/irreal. The guy doesn´t have to hate the world and the girl doesn´t have to be a shelled princess that feels more like a doll than like an actual woman >.>

Well, I guess it is a bit fake, but I think it's sweet... I'm not sure what else would make a nice couple really. Maybe they could be a couple that doesn't understand the opposite sex very well until they meet each other? XD

@AkumaUchitoru ehh no wait, I actually said that they did good indeed because they didnt overreact anything, He was darky but cool-badass, not a douche, and she was pure in a reasonable way. And Anyway I just passed by and saw the scene, I don´t know what happens after disc 1, I lost it :(, and tried to download it but I got the wrong one because oddly enough, I bought a version that came undubbed.

This is one of the most happiest and yet the saddest clips in Shadow Hearts. I always cry whenever ive seen this or the Alice resurrection clip. BUT i love this one in Japanese. Alice is sooo cute

I beat this game like four years ago so I forgot most of the plot details. What is it that Yuri says he has to go and do? Where is the train they're on headed?

He probably means to defeat Kato and so save the world and this train is heading into no where...

This was the train where alice died when they were heading to zurich her hometown...

He ended up there through his graveyard in his soul.

the train is from shadow hearts one. it represents when yuri and alice first met. You don't know where the train is going because in shadow hearts one you get off of it before it comes to its destination. however, i would say this train is going no where. it is in side yuri's soul. it is where alice spirit rest after she died from taking yuri's curse from part one. and he leaves because, he knows he has some unfinished business to take care of and save the world. i play this game a lot! lol
