Why is the NHS treating this? This is COSMETIC surgery. It should NOT be covered by the NHS, i.e. the taxpayer.

Although it is called cosmetic surgery , I feel the people who need them removed quickly & relaced by the NHS is those people who had the immplant for medical reasons , like breast cancer. The other political argument is that other countries including france have acted alot quicker. than Britian
