Please take a look at the thailand annual budget report, the country has always been running a deficit in terms of international trade! And the huge direct foreign investment can tells you that most of the "wealth" in thailand belongs to foreigners!

if you get a brochure at the airport, u can find more information about the airport and you would know that it's japan who led those money to Thai goverment. and seems like these years, thailand got some problem in repaying the money!

It depends, Suvarnabhumi Airport haven't built any LCCT around them. So, They use parking ramp for Low-cost aircrafts.
