It always amazes me how such uninformed people call consumer fireworks that are illegal in most states "explosives" , fireworks are regulated by the CPSC and are only allowed a max of 1.4 G pyrotechnic composition. The police are busting innocent Americans for such a stupid state law. Why doesn't the police stop wasting their time with this stuff and step up enforcement for drunk driving on the 4th of july instead of this? Last time I checked that is much more risky than lighting a sparkler.
