  • Hey, i was wondering if the Nutrition is the same for umm normal guys nor skinny nor umm i dont like this word but w/e fat. Do i need to add more protein or something like that ? bcz im 1.89cms and 78 kgs aiming 85 pls reply and thx :) And the training has the same effect even if im skinny or fat :)?

  • Alright, it works. But is the program set up for guys who already have a good muscle mass, but gained some weight. like a football player that can lean out easier than a 230lb pizza eating construction worker?

  • ok i got the tsc program. ive read it now here is my plan. i will prepare myself first. like train my whole body for 1 week (this will not count into the program) so i can get to my "soreness phase" because last time i went to the gym i got sore and did not do anything for 3 days. so my plan is to overcome the soreness and be prepared for the program so no days are wasted

  • I'm a bit confused. You were shredded at the end of 2k8 (42 day transformation video) and then packed on 20+% BF in less than a year. Then lost it all again in ~10 weeks. Was this just to show it could be done? Or was it to video tape that kind of weight loss progression?

  • Chris, how come it takes you 10weeks to go from 27 to 10% bf but it takes you 6 months to get to 5%? And why does everyone fitness related say you should lose 1-2lbs a week, they say more than that is unhealthy, you lost 50lbs wich is 5lbs a week on average, what are your thoughts on that matter? And would your program also suit for a 5'8 130lb teenager with 17%body fat and with very little lean body mass?

  • @asdafaz GREAT QUESTION! Actually, my body fat had been around 5% for months before, but I wasn't making videos as often. But your right, the last few percentage points take a little longer, this is because of the principle of diminishing marginal returns. It's easy to burn the first 50 lbs of fat but the last 6 or 7 pounds is a little tougher. Think about this, from week 1 to week 10 I lowered my body fat by 63% from 27% to 10%. Then I had to lower my bf% by another 50% to get from 10% to 5%

  • @TSuperChallenge Additionally, if you are just "Losing weight" that any amount is bad. My program is so effective because we BURN fat and BUILD muscle. It's about maximizing potential, not seeing a number on the scale. You sound like you are in a situation very similar to me when I started transforming my body. watch my vid "97lbs weakling to terminator transformation" than think about what you want to accomplish, get the program and make it happen.   • great vid, even though its like your third one of the same type of thing. i see everyone says its 55 bucks for the new plan so im just gonna stick with the old one. im sticking to the lifting and running but i find it so hard to stick to the diet. especially when all my friends go out to eat every meal and are still pretty lean and ripped but its not helping me burn that last 5-7% of fat

  • @dougfunny89 Doug, I don't care about the money and I don't care if I sell 10 copies of the program or 10,000. I'm here to help people that are committed to transforming their bodies and changing their lives. If $55 (the equivalent of 8 hours of work at federal minimum wage) prevents someone from getting the best transformation program ever created, then they wouldn't succeed if I gave them the program for free anyway. To transform you have to commit and overcome obstacles.
