Sadly, if those things DIDN'T happen, we wouldn't know any better. Even though those things HAVE happened, we still struggle with similar issues today and having those memories to draw upon will hopefully give us some insight into how we can do things differently, respectfully, lovingly. I lived this bullshit so many times. Divorced, bankrupt, hit by a car while walking across the street, infertility treatments for 8 years and finally getting pregnant only to miscarry. One of these is that there is almost an infinity of universes, wich means that it is almost mathematically sure that there is at least one universe that would come into existence as our is. Sure, it's only an hypothesis, not even a theory yet I believe (I may be wrong). But what it proves is that once again, just because YOU DON'T KNOW, doesn't mean GOD did it.
