my mistake. i was going by the dates of the videos themselves. i mistakenly thought this was a brand new case that had yet to go to trial. i'm not from the area so i thought the newscast was from just a couple of days ago, when in fact it was a few years ago.

If the courts are ruling that what the secret service did was, in fact, illegal. Then WHY isn't the local sheriff pursuing Armed Robbery charges against these secret service agents?

@zbyszek654 Didn't you read what the judge said in his ruling. Not only was this illegal search and seizure, the Judge also found the agents conspired to cover up their illegal actions. He also ruled these tracts are novelties and not a replication of currency! Perhaps you think it's OK to bust into someone's house or office without a warrant or court order but this Judge knew it was a violation of the 4th amendment. Now, quit showing everyone how dumb you are and read, read, read (if you can)?
