One thing to look at is HJR Bill192 it was passed June 5th,1933. I believe the A4V (remedy) code is hidden in this Bill. Don't let anyone tell you that this Bill was repealed in the 1980's. It is a Statute at large, and is still law today. I'll try to get back soon as I'm done with the right travel.

If you look in the CFR you will see that there is no law requiring you to give a SSN to any employer,but there is a law requiring your employer to say there is. @jimsanders1 have you figured the A4V code out? If so would you mind explaining or pointing the way.
I know about the straw man, reserve rights under the stolen name etc. but as yet haven't delved into the UCC codes. thanks so much.
