  • Volume is too low.

  • I remember they played this vid on Amp and then played Aphex Twin's "Come To Daddy" directly after it one time; weirdest ten minutes of my life.

  • 5 people did not get any sugar from their daddy. Thanks for loading!

  • This video is an acid trip.

  • @Azreal677 I did research into this video because it disturbed me. Turns out it's taken from a Japanese anime comic about vampires. The old guy is a high-tech vampire. The kids are there to rescue their friend.

  • Sugar daddy, come on and sugar me :)) look at me i am beggin' fo'mooooo'....

    this is priceless :)

  • Scary...

  • Nikkie you should go head to head with Lady Gaga you can take her down, music of today is garbage other then the few samples of TB303's I hear that makes me go hunt down all my old techno favs. LORDS OF ACID was the best, thank you Olivier,Maurice, and Nikkie you guys dominated the late 80s early 90s along side THE PRODIGY.

  • I remember this song from when I was like 7 years old. It would come on the radio during the night, and it gave me chills. I had nightmares haha :)

  • Damn I just found this on a vhs from 1996 of stuff from mtv! Whoah total time trip!

  • All of us who like anime just got raped 0_0

  • I'm always begging for more m0RE MORE! ;P

  • TUNE!!!!!!!

  • The Music video it self was a total Mindfuck #.#

  • @Talab0 Yes that would be the best word as for describing this video. An absolute MindFuck!

Really like it, much better than damn lady Gaga's clips! (as an example xD) O_o

  • Fucking awesome song...a long time ago i've heard..thx for the upload!

  • Yeah.....that was the point I was making with my original post. This song is a ripoff...and a bad one at that.

  • @rotkev - I dont think you'd call it a rip off. These days it's more of a 'sample mix'. BTW I think it 's kick ass.

  • @rotkev I don't hear anything like Poison by Prodigy in this song. Prodigy and and CJ Bolland have completely different essences anyways. IMO CJ is trancey and humanistic, Prodigy is more of a mechanical transhuman. Even if they both used EXACTLY the same beats and samples I think songs by both artists would be great and have distinct and valuable sounds.

  • @drcarcinoma listen to "sugar daddy, come on and sugar me

I want your lovin' so come on and give it to me" and the prodigy verse...it's exactly the same. Look, it's not a crime against humanity....it's just an obvious copy of the rhythm, flow, whatever you want to call it.

  • @rotkev Oh the meter. Meh, silly thing to be bothered by. Artists borrow meters, sounds, lyrics, etc... all the time. I doubt Prodigy was the first song writer in history to use it.

  • @rotkev Just came across this: The likely origin of smack my bitch up "Change my pitch up, Smack my b*tch up". for some reason it won't let me post the link Ultramagnetic Mcs - Give The Drummer Some 25 seconds in.

  • @rotkev Yeah can't edit to add more to last comment. Was also thinking about LoA Cybersex/Horror Movie. Track recycled for 2 songs. I like Horror Movie better, glad they did it!

  • love it

  • I haven't heard this song in years. I miss the 90's.

  • I haven't heard this in years. I miss the 90's.

  • trying to con my bff rita to spin poi to this ;)

  • i used to listen to this all the time. love it. but not liking the video. i imagined some sexy scene with a woman and her guy. what's up with this video? what does it mean? looks creeped out to me

  • @voxgirl I've been wondering the same thing for some time. The best I could discover was that this was a Japanese anime and Kigurumi costume scene. The old guy behind the wall is a vampire (taken from anime stories like "Vampire D") and the kids in the scene are there to rescue their trapped friend. Apparently she is having the life or blood stolen from her by this vampire and stored in tanks. Yeah, it creeps me out too. Almost pornographic.

  • Sick propellant sonic bliss.

  • this one came after poison-prodigy. so what was cj bolland thinking??

  • we used to jam this one on Amp way back on mTV.. killer video .. killer track... 15 yrs later

  • i've been searching for this song since 1995 when i heard it in a club and i found it tonite!!!! Whoot!!!!

thank god for youtube and myspace!

    turn up the volume indeed!!!

  • Got a killer live mix of this song on mp3 ...no vocals but with more cool sounding stuff ...Recorded at temple bar Ireland 98

  • @ProzacPie well get uploading then you lazy get. you cant sit on such goodies :)

  • pump up the volume

  • szar.

  • heard this played on the radio today :)

  • Просто превосходно!!!

  • Classic from 96 love this song ,the 90's had the best in dance and party music ,my high school days class of 1996 damn I'm old

  • this song was so great in it's ear-piercing evilness. i think the first time i heard it i jumped back like "what the hell are we listening to?!"

  • So much was made of the Armand remix, but this was so much better!

  • cool

  • зашибательская музика .... ppc

    yeahhhhhhh cool

  • nuke !

    endless energy

  • very cool...

but the quality is realy terrible!

  • this brings back memories of when we had proper mad times in runcorn

  • The Prodigy came in to say:

    I got the poison.

    I got the remedy.

I got the pulsating rhythmical remedy.

  • Still, this is a pretty cool tune.

  • @rotkev hey yea its very similar to what they di butthis guy got there first! and its great :)

  • @rotkev No, The Prodigy came up with the melody first.

In an interview Liam hated the bastard.

Keith said why even mention the cunt's name.

  • @SqueekyStallion1 To be fair to CJ Bolland, he is a fucking legendary Techno DJ. He was making classics when Liam was still recording Android in his mum's bedroom.

I love The Prodigy as much as the next man, but Liam does have a habit of shooting his mouth off in interviews. Fair play to him I suppose!

  • oh snap, that's Jade 4 U!? i never realized; sweet!D

  • Does anyone know what the meaning of this video is? What's with the old man? What's with those dolls?

  • I don't yet know the exact meaning but I know it has a Japanese/Anime influence. The dolls are cosplayers in kigurumi outfits, which are a form of Japanese costume play in which the performers dress in outfits resembling human cartoon characters. I've also heard it's based on the anime "Vampire Hunter D" which is a Gothic Horror set in a post-apocalyptic world, which would definitely match the imagery in the video, and I suspect the old man is meant to be a vampire.

    Awesome tune/video BTW :)

  • I think it's about illegal Asians forced into message parlor's in America forced to give happy endings to pay for their trip to America.......not sure.

  • HELL YEAH!

    Ultimate stripper song :-)

  • Fucking EXCELLENT tune!!

  • this choon is for NONCE.

haha only jokin.. love it when the strings come in ... fuking hard man...

  • That part at the beginning sure makes it seem that Beyonce was inspired to use this song for Ring The Alarm. ..I think....This song brings great memories...when I was 14 and life was good...music wasn't that bad either. This was Armand Van Helden's golden years too.

  • i think the actors in this vid are relations of Frank Sidebottom

  • @egonspeng Spot on man! I had summat at the tip of my tongue but couldnt nail it, laughed my tits off when I read yer comment. Well done, sir

  • i remember this video

    COOL!!!!

  • Bought the single when it came out from hearing it on the Radio, but never actually saw the video until tonight!

    Weired electronic brain stunner!

  • does anyone have a version that gives this track the respect it deserves??

  • thous dolls are so scary xD

  • Prodigy´s poison came out earlier,in 95,this in 96 and no,the Prodigy were on XL Recordings,not on R&S records.

  • Best Belgian song ever. This has nothing to do with "sneaker pimps"

It's a song made by CJ Bolland, originally remixed by Armand Van Helden. (1996)

    .

  • Much better than Sneaker Pimps'original. Classique tube!!!!

  • Cool song and Freaky video, i love it!

  • was CJ & prodigy on the same label - R&S records back in the day??

  • Is it just me or does this melody and beat and vocals sound so very similar to Prodigy's Poison?

  • yeah it is but this better just about

  • This was about before Prodigy's Poison

  • which was first did prodigy sample this song?

  • Apparently, the prodigy's Poison came out in 1995 and this in 1996...so the prodigy was first.

  • zalig liedje, proud to be belgian

  • i used to kill the younger guys at work playing this song! What a great dance track! I haven't seen this video in quite a while. Thanx for shariog!

  • MAN do you have ANY idea how long I have searched and searched for this song..let alone the video. Its near impossible to find! It came out my senior year in high school and I just LOVED that show Amp on mtv..Used to stay up till 3 am just to watch it. Anyway thank you SO much for uploading this video! It was wonderful to see again!

  • Hell yeah, I searched every possible way, googling the lyrics sure as hell doesn't work. I finally found it! I had an old VHS recording of AMP in my parents house, I had to get my mom to speed through and find the artist XD. VIVA MTV AMP!

  • Googling the lyrics is how I found it...

  • OH MAN! Thats where I saw the video and first heard the song!! i used to stay up till 3am when they did amp..then I bought all the cds! If you ever get one by "plastikman"..or maybe the song was called plastikman you should u/l that one too! It was awesome and thats the only thing I remember about it..they played it on amp alot..I think the video had a little caterpillar-legged type thing! lol!
