11s : A4 + AT-4 = give/take 25 pounds, SAW = 27 pounds w/ A-barrel and ammo. If you have one, you don't have the other.

31s : 240 = 27 pounds. Ammo = depends. A bag = 39 pounds. If you have one you don't have the other.

51s : M4 + SMAW = 20 pounds. Rockets = 13 ~ 19 pounds each, depending on type. Demo = depends how much you carry. Tools ; depends. You carry 1 ~ 2 rockets, 1 SMAW, some demo + rifle.
