  • i think we cant use thumb on black notes?.......

  • I meant Major chords 1st- 3rd- 5th note of the scale.Minor chord 1st- flat3rd note -5th note.I western book that we play 3 major chords in any scale using ,1st- 4th -5th notes in that scale. . S(1)-R(2)-G(3) -M(4) -P(5)-D(6)-N(7).or C1D2E3F4G5A6B7.So for C major scale we should play C or SA (1st note) major,Ma or G (4th note) Major and Pa or G ( 5th note) Major.And rest are minor chords like D minor,E minor, A minor .

    C,F,G Major chords are S- G- P, M- D-S, P-N-R (India notations)

  • you showed chords for sa...ni as

    GPS, PNR,PSG,DSM, SGP,SMD,RPN.

My friend's version is SGP, RPN, GPS,MDS,PNR,DSM,NRP.

My understanding is that, chords should be played by pressing 1-3-5 keys.If Sa is 1st key then R is 2nd,G is 3rd,M is 4th, Pa is 5th key.So, chord for Sa would be: Sa(1)- Ga(3) - Pa(5) makes sence. If M is 1st Then M(1)-D(3)-S(5) and If P is 1st Then P-N-R also makes sence .But if that is true, chord for Re should be R-M-D, Chord for G : G-P-N, D:D- S-G....

    Next post.....

  • thanks for sharing
