This video helped me a lot in deciding to buy the 8006. Gonna try it today for the first time. Thanks a ton.
BTW these videos are beauty. I watched them at first for educational purposes to decide on a juicer, but i watch them again and again now purely for entertainment. Can tell you guys have great humor. All thumbs up.
And is it just me, or can i hear a guy chuckling behind the cam once in a while?
@timothyevanrichard Hi, and thank you for very nice comment. We are happy that our videos helped you on decieding which machine to buy. And yes there might be some noises behind the camera as sometimes we laugh a lot when shooting =)
Hi and thank you for your comment. If you take a look at Angel vs GSE video and compare with Omega video you can estimate approximate difference in juice yield between these machines. For the augers yes from time to time there appear scratches on the auger. This can happen from pits from citrus fruits, apples.. or dirt stones left on not well cleaned vegetables. After some time the scratches will appear on the auger.
Love you videos. How does the yield on the Omega 8006 compare and how much pulp is left in the juice compared to say angel or green star? Also, have you had any trouble with the auger getting chewed up by the metal like other reviewers have mentioned?
Part 2 - With the Omega's, you ran both through their paces; however, you never indicated the initial quantity of fruit/veggies or the final weight of the finished product. Again, I appreciate the time & money invested in creating these videos.. Did you weigh the results like you did for the Green Star? If not, is the juicing efficiency of the Omega comparable to that of the Green Star..probably not the Angel though. I'm looking for the best Value Proposition in an all around juicer.. Thanks.
Hi, thank you for a good point. The reason why we weight the juice/pulp only when we compare two juicers is simple. The quality of the fruits and vegetable differes and the juice yield as well. Example: you can use one juicer and get two different results depending on the quality of the produce (fruit/vegetable). Therefore measuring weight makes sense (is comparable) only with the produce which have the same conditions (same package).
@euJUICERScom I understand, and thanks again. One last question... in your opinion, if the juicing efficiency of the Omega comparable to that of the Green Star..probably not the Angel though. I'm looking for the best Value Proposition in an all around juicer...do you feel the Omega might fit that? Is it a better product than Samson?
Part 1 - Good Afternoon. First of all, thank you so much for creating these comparative videos of the various juicers. This really brings to light advantages that one juicer might have over another. My only slight disappointment was the process you used for the Omega's versus the Green Star and Angel juicers. For those, you started with a baseline 1KG of apples, oranges, 400g endive. This way I could see the efficiency of the juicer and use those findings to compare the Omega's.
Very observant of you to have noticed that the juice is not oxidizing. This is due to the very low RPM's (cold juicer). Not only does the Omega get great yield results but the juice quality results are also excellent.

Great demonstration!
Have you tried doing the same coconut routine with the Super Angel and compared the results?

I cannot believe that juice does not seem to have oxidized (indicated by changing color) one bit since you juiced it! Wonderful! :-)
You have the best job in the world! Wait! No! The person who gets to drink/eat all the juice/food you demonstrate producing has the BEST job!
