  • hey i want to get a crayfish but can you tell me what fish can be kept with them and how well bettas do with them because i really want!!!!!!

  • @TheSpikester27 actually, nothing does well with crayfishes.. They should be kept solitary unless you're putting feeder fishes. If you put them with bettas, your bettas will be stressed out and killed probably at night..

  • you named a crawfish after me awwwwwwwwwwww :D Wait... IMA BOY :(

  • Why is she so aggressive?

  • itz her tim of the manth haha please make more vidz im already subscribed =3

  • I have been trying to find a crawfish for my 30 gallon tank but everywhere i go seems to look at me like im crazy. No one seems to carry crawfish for sale.Where did you get logan?

  • @piggystud Local fish store.

  • @TheBettaMaster Hi I have a blue crawlfish (lobster) and it have these brown balls under its tail what does that mean? My Brother got it for me so i dont know any thing about them Please Help

  • @Lurk1ngLurk3r I can't tell without being able to see a picture.

  • @TheBettaMaster Thanks i found out that they are eggs she must of mated at the pet store.

  • @Lurk1ngLurk3r In that case, good luck with them.

  • @Lurk1ngLurk3r this means that your cray fish is preagnant

  • @piggystud what is do is cut the top off a milk carton. then i take the top and staple it upside down in the jug so the hole is facing inwards. after that i put chicken in it and throw it in a creek overnight. Crayfish flock to it and you will also get some food for them.

  • awwhs so cuteee! she got bigger! :)

  • what do you use for substrate?

  • @ybotlang A dwarf species would do fine in a 6 gallon

  • I have that filter!!!!!!!!! cool xD

  • When are you gonna eat it?

  • Dude you craw dad is awsome i am joing to my lake in march to try go get one to i am also purching some parts for his/her tank...

  • Yeah, Actually the reason she is Agressive, Is because She is ready to mate, Look how Protective of her body she Is, And Look how the back body is Up, not down.. I recommend getting a male in there so they can mate, cause If they don't then Logan is only going to get more and more aggressive, if not depressed.. It's odd cause fish can be depressed 2.

  • There are lots of things you can do. Since you're not concerned about the fish being eaten, guppies might be a good choice. Not only are they inexpensive, but they multiple rapidly so it's OK if your crayfish eats one from time to time. They are also very resilient and easy to take care of. Feel free to email me if you want my opinion on certain fish you may want to add.

  • I have the same species of crayfish in my 75 gallon tank. Had her about a month. Do you think it would be ok for me to add another crayfish to the tank? I have 14 fish in there now, all to small to do any harm.

  • That's plenty of room. What else do you plan on keeping in there?

  • cool logan rules but isn't logan a boy name an isn't that a girl

  • logan ROCKS

  • what about places to hide?

crayfish like to burrow and hide in rocks as u probably know. just wondering. she seems to be doing fine though. later

  • what kind of crayfish is logan cause i hav an 10 with a betta and that would be a great in my tank and is the sand hard to mantain????

  • I'm pretty sure this is a Marbled Crayfish. They're all females and reproduce parthonegenetically, which means they don't need a partner. So you may get some more crayfish after a few months.

  • Lmao she's so mean and funny. Does she really eat anything (fish poop, left over food, algea)? I am really considering the thought of buying 1 or a ghost shrimp. great video XD

  • nice. but one thing. cray or 'craw' fish like and need places to hide. and i see that it is on your to do list so that s good. u should post another update when u do this. maybe the same time the other tank is done. and one more thing. do live in a city because your other crayfish vid there were alot of lights out side the window. lol jw ok later

  • This crawfish looks to be growing very rapidly and would quickly outgrow the average sized (smaller) tanks...

Is there a smaller alternative that would still keep a tank clean in the way this one does?

  • Not that I know of.

  • logan is super awsome

  • very well done

  • logan =D i like the filter , look how clean that sand is =D

p.s she probly needs to have a hidey hole or 2 :)

  • Yeah, it's on my to-do list.

  • LoganLoganLoganLoganLoganLogan

only the best name for the nest crawf

  • Another Great Vid Keep it up i always enjoy watchin

  • i went to my petshop yesterday and they were selling what looked like small extremely red in colour crayfish under the title 'red lobster' but strange thing is that they were kept with 2 tetras.but they were kept in a group.

  • It's a pretty safe bet they are crawfish. Probably similar to the ones I have. They come in MANY color variations, and can be different colors in different stages of their lives. For instance, my crawfish Sam has been tan, beige, red, blue and grey.

  • haha thanks for the advice.i might by one of them in october :P thanks for the info

  • id like to ask, what are the difference between crawfish and lobster ?

  • Lobster live in saltwater and crayfish/crawfish live in freshwater. Sometimes, pet stores may try to fool you by calling their crawfish all kinds of fancy names like 'freshwater lobster.'

  • have u ever thought about purchasing an electric blue crayfish? just sayin...

  • Yes, but I have too many crayfish right now.

  • Thats one aggressive crayfish u got there BM.

Nice video :) keep em coming

  • he is getting big yo

  • very nice

  • nice man, cheak out my sand tank : O!
