  • Cool, many thanks.

  • here's how shouldn't be a guitar lesson...

  • my god... that was brilliant, that guitar sounds so crisp and crunchy i just wanted to shit my pants when i heard it

  • So clear thanks

  • fantastic lesson!!!

  • man sweet lesson can you give me the tabs you used?or post them i see several vesrions i would love to learn this one.peace

  • Little too much gain...

  • Could you do the SRV version?

  • that was way too fast for me nice playing tho :(

  • Great lesson!!

You solved the mystery for me, this definately gives me a good foundation to work out the rest.

    Thank you!

  • loved it, but it's to difficult for me to play with out the tabs.

    love your vids

  • sweeet..... thnx man

  • just trying to learn this when I found your video great help thanks dont know if I,ll ever get there but I will keep trying cheers

  • NICE SOUND AND AMAZING GUITAR!! I WANT ONE!.....which model is it?!?

  • gibson les paul custom!

  • nice vid but please put tabs in next one

  • that was fun

  • Good shot. I like the natural tone out of a Fender amp better than a distortion sound on this tune. Don't worry about the ones ragging on you, they are just jealous they can't play it as good as you do.

  • I really like the sound. All the tones come through the distortion well. What set up you using?? I'm in the market for a new amp.

  • This is straight through a Marshall all valve JVM410C, cheers...

  • @classicrockriffs Love it. Great stuff. Thanks for the post, man.

  • I think you have too heavy sound in this. But you played pretty good. Thanks for the vid.

  • that's what stevie ray vaughan did and his was brilliant.

i happen to like his heaviness and chunkiness just the same as SRV's.

although SRV is and always will be the greatest blues guitarist that ever walked the earth.

  • Cool! And niiiiiice LP!

  • That's exactly right...

  • Hell yea! love hideaway, no matter who does it, but the original does sound better!

  • love the les paul, sounds so nice

  • Thanks, its makes me easier to play.

  • Terrific. I don't know whose I like better - Freddie's, Clapton's or yours.

    Do you have tabs?

    Thanks for the vid, man!

  • Thank you very much.

I'm afraid I don't have the time to tab this right now, hopefully the slowed down version will help you get it. If you have any questions about it just ask.

    Cheers...

  • stevie ray vaughan's is better

  • @thedemon1987 I DIDNT KNOW HE WAS SICK ,

  • please post tabs

  • SRV Rules!!

  • hey phil, i'm glad to see you got a new video up, its been a while, rockin the shit like always. great video 5/5

  • thankyou i can play it now!! thanks man 5 stars!! and faavorited!!

  • Can you do Claptons version of this ?

  • You shouldnt take a lesson like this note for note, its a quick penatonic lick in E, then it goes to a common E riff, Then A, Then E, Then B, then A, back to resolve on E. Learn your penotonic scale atleast, and if you wanna play blues understand I-IV-V, nice lesson man

  • I understand why tabs would take a long time to make...

  • awesome

  • Awsome very, very, nice Freddie's the man !!. How about some Johnny Winter And Live riffs..

  • VERY NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That is awesome. More blues, please!

  • i love you lp

  • Music to my ears!!!

    Grade A Keep It Up

  • that's some sweet riffing
