  • It should mean that your GPS is sensing a connection thru its USB port.

  • Ok my gps is showing a gps connected to a computer but it isn't connected to a computer

    So does anyone knows what that picture means???

  • I hope you can have it replaced or returned. I got mine replaced twice. Now the day view of this GPS is not working. I can only see the map with night view. And it is not even 2 years old yet. Good luck.

  • What the HELL are you babbling about? The guy has obviously dropped the unit and it's now broken, he can't even make the video without fumbling it. Even if he didn't drop it, so what? No company can make thousands and thousands of products without a few defects. Get it serviced under warranty, if you don't have a warranty well... that's the risk you take when you buy off ebay.

  • Garmin had send me two replacements. The video shows the problem of the first replacement. I upload the video to show Garmin support that they had send me a defect item to replace the defect item I bought. Because the support said it is really rare to get two units with the problem. Now the third unit is working fine.

  • I bought a Garmin nuvi 260W some time back. It was fine initially, now it keeps rebooting every minute and impossible to use it. Contacted Garmin's customer support and they suggested me to update the software which didn't help. Subsequent mails to them is going unanswered! A machine can have a problem which is understandable, but Garmin's attitude of avoiding and not responding to customers is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

    I feel quite helpless and sad. Wish I knew what to do now.
