It could be XP or like 3.0 or something in betwin but north korea would not have vista because north korea is very poor country and I dont think that they can by even a copy of it (Joking)! I think that even if they got vista, I dont think kim jong il or the country would be able to rebuild a computer with vista! Down the line Kim Jong IL will invent an OS of his own! He will call it "The Poor, Il Kim OS"

I think this is an Orwellian attempt at history-rewrite - so that this is 'new' again and the country seems to be advancing. Since the poorer farms always did it by hand, they probably won't know the difference.
Kim Jong-il invented all of the fundamentals of Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. Thankfully though, they blame psychiatry on the US imperialists - that peice of pseudoscientific crap.
to translate this movie, north korea invented new agriculture machine and they explain it's principle. so I think the title had better entitled as "new agriculture machine of north" i'm attending at high school in south korea. so my english isn't good..
