How to see error codes on a Vauxhall astra without a diagnostic tool

It's not working on my Astra G 2000 niether . I think theres two engines in this model Astra .mine is the single over head cam.

iI think this only works with the DOHC engine . ?

@flair1989 Thanks, I didn't know that, what do i do to sort it out? I took it to the garage and they put new spark plugs in and it cleared the fault.

@MaximusJohal yea im sure that fixed it fuel to rich or to lean is most likely to be fuel un ignited in the cylinder changen the spark plugs if there gone cud be one way of fixing it

a dirty air filter cud cause it to be to rich as the fuel ratio to air wud be increased

a clogged fuel filter cud cause it to be lean altho a clogged fuel filter will probly stop ur car running right at all. fuel filter can be clogged by a sucking dirt up out of the fuel tank
