hi i am newly married, from Australia... i was very much worried about making delicious food for my husband as i did not cook while at my home with my parents.I can not call my mom often asking her recipes . you r so helpful and i am daily preparing only your recipes.... me and my husband both like your dishes.... my husband thanked u for your dishes... thank you so much...i am your greatest fan and waiting for your next dish.....
@pinkladydownunder, great, say my salaam to your husband. on this channel i actually show what i feed my family :) itsjust every days cooking we all do
at last by saying that these rice aren't that good as they suppose to be (karachi's chinese resturants etc) makes it a bit weird it shouldn't been said like that because you lot are making video and viewers are watching and these statements put you off but over all satisfactory appoach
OK i don't understand why u fry beans and egg separately as u know i live in Hong Kong i always use to eat that they even use to put (chinese names) of vegtables ....choi some, pak choi ,,,,,,,,,,,, /////////if u wana serve that in front of guest u can even add tou fooo,, yee tan and, kaliaa chap which is thick sause too and my parents are best in chinese food ,, pakistani food cooking well anyways is ok .........
Bajia, spring onions ka doosra naam scalions hai. Shallots is totally different. Jo chhote pyaaz hote hai, unme ek type ko shallots kehte hai.vo pyaaz jaisi hi dikhti hai, bas chhote hote hai aur thoda strong kam hoti hain.
really u r very good... iam an indian n come from a vegetarian family but my husband loves non veg....and i hv learn to cook so many non veg dishes from u....fried rice with the twist of chicken egg and lots of veges.. is a very healthy n complete recipe....thanx a lot.. ur my fvrt on you tube...love alwayss

Thanks for the compliment. i am not a cook i am a housewife just like any other lady :) aam khana hai jo her gher main pakta hai. bus ye der tha ke naye nasl ke bawechi khane ager dibbon ke masalon per chal pare to kuch baqi naheen rehna. socha jo bhi bachane ko ker sakoon recipes ko wo kerdoon.
thats a tricky one, do not add more then recommended chana daal. just pressure meat for a min so it wont cook well, add daal and be careful not to gala too much. Just a min or 2 if not done cook the rest without pressure.
@Bajiascooking Aapki modesty har baar hi mere dil ko chhoo jati hai. Aisa lagta hai aap meri apni hain, meri family ka hissa hain. Kash aap meri family mein hoteen, hum kitne achhe dost hote. :D

thank you so much for making cooking easier for me.. cheers.. :))
@Bajiascooking okay it makes sense. Broth, Yakhni, Stock.......they are basically water in which chicken or veggies are boiled. I actually tried it last night with some modifications. My husband super loved it. It was spicy and appetizing. Thank you.
One of my friend is a professional cook. He can make it very well. Means what ever is that it tastes good. I personally have no idea how this dish is made and what is its authentic recipe.
Bajia, someone is bound to criticize you for using aji-no-moto/MSG just like they do in other videos about using a lot of oil. Don't listen to them. There are some Chinese dishes that absolutely require MSG.
Shrimps good, but garlic?? Never heard of garlic in chicken fried rice. This is not my recipe I learned from a Chinese person. My husband was in world health and I have traveled a lot. Have lived among multi cultural people. Thats how I learned a few new dishes.
Hi Bajia, Spring onions aur shallots alag hai. Spring onions matlab jo green onions with stalks hote hai, aur shallots matlab small onions, jo ki aam onions ke tarah dikhte hai, bas size mein chote hote hai.
O ho I should have said green shallots :) I use this word at home so commonly that I totally for got. Spring onions are slim like pencil, green shallots have thick tummy.
You are right :) my mistake!
Yahan shelots he likha hota hai, green shelots nahin. Mote hare piyazon pe. Taste thora sa ferq hota hai. ziyada nahin!
